TAKE ACTION

Burma

Since August 2017, the Burmese military has ethnically cleansed over 700,000 Rohingya and forced them to relocate to neighboring Bangladesh. Coupled by the recent military coup, international communities must take actions to protect the Rohingya and other ethnic minorities in Burma.

Rescind the Muslim BanĀ

The Muslim and Africa Bans have been repealed by executive order. Now we need Congress to take action and ensure it will never happen again. NO ONE should be blocked from this country based on their religion or national origin. Take action to urge the Senate to pass the NO BAN Act

Uyghur

Since 2018, China has been building mass internment camps and committing gross human rights violations against Muslim Uyghurs. The Uyghurs have been subjected to arbitrary detention, torture, and harassment. Please take action by urging your elected officials to pass legislation aimed at ending these violations.

Palestine

For decades, Palestinians have endured human rights abuses under Israeli occupation. On April 15th, 2021, Rep. Betty McCollum introduced the ‘Defending the Human Rights of Palestinian Children and Families Living Under Israeli Military Occupation Act’. Please take action today by urging your elected officials to stand up for the rights of Palestinian children.

NO HATE Act

Hate crimes continue to rise and the threat of white supremacy is increasing. We need elected officials to take appropriate actions and provide solutions to combat these immediate threats in a way that will not target historically vulnerable minority communities.

Kashmir

On August 5, the Indian government unilaterally amended their constitution to end the autonomy Jammu & Kashmir. Congress must speak out against these provocations to avoid further instability in the region.
