In response to President Donald Trump’s discriminatory Muslim Ban, Emgage Action has been committed to rescinding the Muslim Ban and advocating for legislation to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), ensuring that no future administration can enact a discriminatory ban ever again.

Crimes motivated by race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability pose a serious national threat. As an organization dedicated to representing and protecting religious and ethnic minorities, Emgage Action is fighting deadly displays of racism and Islamophobia by supporting legislation that tackles these issues.

Despite evidence proving White Supremacy to be the greatest threat for domestic terrorism, Muslim Americans continue to be harassed under 'Countering Violent Extremism' (CVE) programs.
